Zachary Kirkpatrick: Licensed Massage Therapist

I am licensed in Massachusetts for the practice of massage therapy, and I specialize in therapeutic change using the myofascial technique. This is a technique that allows me to get into sensitive areas while keeping your comfort level and relaxation during your massage. This is very useful for people who have chronic pain due to an injury, poor posture or pain from repetitive actions for long periods of time.

This method of massage can bring the body back to a natural and more comfortable form. Though there is relaxation during this type of massage, it’s mostly employed to reverse pain in joints, back, and gives people control over their lives again.

I learned raindrop technique a few years ago from 2 practitioners who are no longer teaching raindrop. The techniques I learned are based on the 2001 video that came with the raindrop technique kits from Young Living during the next few years. I stopped using raindrop technique for awhile and have recently been inspired to start working with it again and am looking for an update to my training. I wonder whether you attended the October 2010 training, and/or do trainings yourself. I live in Cambridge MA and found you on the internet. You are not that far of a drive for me so I was inspired to contact you since you are certified in raindrop technique. I am also wondering what the process is/was to become certified. I am a licensed esthetician so understand that I can legally offer raindrop as a type of “spa” treatment of applying product to the body if I work in a setting that is licensed by the state cosmetology board. Thank you in advance for answering my questions.
    Sincerely, Cecilia

Greetings, Cecilia, yes, I do Raindrop Trainings. You will not be “certified” per se, but you will be very well trained. I sometimes work in Cambridge and could arrange to teach you the technique. The class is about 4 hours (or slightly less whwen it is one person) and you will need a “subject” to practice on, although I could imagine that won’t be too hard to find! If you’d like to split the cost with another person, that works well too. Please feel free to call me at 413-628-1640 and we can chat more about this! I look forward to hearing from you!

      warmly,

      Jessica
